Associate System Engineer, SE Excellence Center - ANZ

📋 Description

• Assist internal teams with configuration validation for sales opportunities
• Collect data for sales plays and lifecycle management programs
• Use sizing tools to provide customers with a product performance solution
• Participate in Account Planning as part of a larger team
• Assist with solution designs and lead on simple designs
• Demonstrate configurations and answer technical questions for prospects and customers

🎯 Requirements

• BS in CS/EE or related degree, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in tech industry; customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong phone presence in high-volume customer interactions
• Ability to collect data, identify problems, and draw conclusions
• Experience delivering technical product and architecture presentations
• Knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN) and VMware
