📋 Description

Provide L2 support for Windows and Linux servers.
Troubleshoot escalated P1/P2 incidents and perform RCA.
Administer Linux servers (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS); log rotation and tuning.
Perform Windows disk expansion, VM reconfiguration, and app deployment/removal.
Monitor system health with Datadog, BMC Truesight, and Splunk.
Document incidents and solutions in ServiceNow; follow ITIL processes.

🎯 Requirements

3–6 years of Windows/Linux system administration and app support.
Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux distros expertise.
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy experience.
PowerShell and Shell scripting automation.
VMware concepts (VM/ESXi/Datastore).
Bachelor's degree preferred; RHCSA/MCSA/MCSE or equivalent.
