Associate Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Support SE organization to drive product feature adoption and lifecycle management
• Assist with configuration validation for sales opportunities
• Collect data for sales plays and lifecycle programs
• Provide customers with product performance solutions
• Participate in Account Planning as part of a team
• Assist with solution designs and simple designs

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of technology industry or equivalent experience
• Strong phone presence in high-volume customer environments
• Ability to collect data, identify problems, and draw conclusions
• Delivery of technical product and architecture presentations
• Willingness to travel domestically 5–10% and relocate upon promotion
• Knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN) preferred
