Associate, Talent Acquisition Operations

📋 Description

• Maintain accurate and complete candidate, job, and recruitment records within the applicant
• Create, update, and maintain recurring and ad hoc recruitment reports to track key hiring metrics
• Conduct regular data audits, identify discrepancies or missing information, coordinate necessary
• Support the administration and maintenance of the recruitment platform, including job postings
• Help develop, maintain, and document standardized recruitment processes and workflows, ensuring
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure required recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting operations, HR operations, or
• Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system, including maintaining recruitment data
• Experience creating and maintaining recruitment reports, tracking key performance indicators, and
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• A high level of accuracy and a disciplined approach to reviewing, validating, and double-checking
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple
