📋 Description

• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment across high-volume frontline, technical, specialist
• Build representative candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and a range of attraction
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and Directors, providing consultative guidance on
• Deliver an inclusive, transparent, and well-managed candidate experience while supporting hiring
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to monitor progress, identify risks and bottlenecks
• Partner with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, and Fleet Operations on

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success independently delivering full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced or scaling
• Experience recruiting across a broad range of roles, including high-volume, professional, or
• The confidence and judgment to advise senior stakeholders, constructively challenge assumptions
• Strong direct-sourcing skills and experience using multiple attraction channels to build candidate
• A hands-on, adaptable, and highly organized approach, with the ability to balance competing
• Confidence using applicant tracking systems, recruitment data, and market insights to inform
