Associate Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Manage high mix/low volume manufacturing projects with US partners.
• Schedule work orders and act as Project Engineer for in-process questions.
• Ensure customer requirements align with partner capabilities.
• Provide production status visibility and mitigate risks to meet specs.
• Lead continuous improvement across Technical Project Management.
• Drive process improvements in a new region with new manufacturing partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; ≥1 year PM or hardware/manufacturing experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication; excellent verbal and written English.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; multicultural environments.
• Experience with at least three processes: 3D Printing; CNC Machining; Rapid Tooling.
• Injection Molding; Urethane Casting; Sheet Metal Fabrication.
• Proven project management: scope, timing, quality.
• Data-driven decisions; detail-oriented; autonomous.
