Associate Technical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements, team priorities, and
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for complex technical roles, including sourcing
• Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines using LinkedIn and other sourcing
• Evaluate candidates’ experience and skills against role requirements, and share clear
• Represent Motive’s mission, teams, and opportunities accurately and compellingly throughout the
• Keep candidates informed, engaged, and supported with timely, thoughtful communication.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in technology or SaaS, or equivalent transferable
• Experience recruiting for technical roles is preferred; familiarity with technology talent markets
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring
• Skilled at building relationships, aligning perspectives, and helping teams make timely
• Able to assess candidate experience against role requirements and communicate findings clearly.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse experience is preferred.
