Work with large customers to resolve architecture, performance, and security issues.
Be an expert resource on MongoDB at scale.
Interface with product management and development teams on behalf of customers.
Contribute to internal projects, including tooling for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics.

🎯 Requirements

Systems administration, distributed systems, and network administration.
Database architecture/administration and application/data architecture.
Performance tuning and benchmarking.
Experience with large-scale production environments and cloud resources (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Bonus: Java, Python, Ruby, C, C++, C#, JavaScript, Node.js, Go, PHP, or Perl.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills.
