Associate Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and execute complex RF, Antenna OTA, and EMC measurements and tests
• Develop automation scripts (Python, MATLAB) to optimize test time and streamline data collection
• Provide active engineering support to clients to assist in troubleshooting failures and analyze data
• Interface regularly with the larger test engineering organization in Torrance, CA
• Support the calibration and preventative maintenance schedules for all laboratory assets

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience (with B.S.) or 0-1 years of experience (with M.S.) in Test Engineering
• Familiar with electrical test and measurement equipment such as Multimeters, Oscilloscopes
• Theoretical understanding of RF, Antenna OTA, and EMC test and measurement principles
• Understanding of aerospace and defense testing standards including MIL-STD-461 and DO-160
• Experience developing automated test stands for various types of hardware
• Strong written and oral communication skills
