Associate TPM

📋 Description

• Coordinate with the costing & DFM or sales team for handing over the orders/programs
• Work with the customer program manager to kick off the order/program and schedule the
• Manage the orders/programs from kickoff till delivery, including: manage order/program planning
• Understand customer technical/quality requirements, troubleshoot production issues (technical
• Bridge between global and multifunctional teams (Fictiv US, China, India, Mexico and manufacturing
• Follow procedures to properly manage changes internally and externally.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, metal processing, or Tooling Design &amp
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years working experience in CNC machining, plastic tooling industry, or in
• Can understand 2D/3D drawings, basic Tolerance/GD&T symbols.
• Good sense of urgency, ability to own and manage delivery schedules across tight deadlines.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Basic understanding of problem-solving skills (e.g., PDCA).
