Assist in delivering the standardized Week 1 CX-wide Core Curriculum to new hires
Support facilitation of instructor-led training (ILT) sessions as deployed by Enablement Partners
Assist with scheduling, credential setup, and coordination of onboarding logistics
Document trainee progress, milestones, and completion checklists
Support hands-on exercises, simulations, and role-plays under trainer guidance
Deliver refresher or ad-hoc training under request from Enablement Partners

🎯 Requirements

Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional methods
In-depth knowledge of technical support; ideally experience in POD 3 or 6
Basic facilitation and classroom management skills
Communication and active listening skills
Documentation and record-keeping skills
Collaboration and teamwork abilities
