📋 Description

• Design and develop training content supporting data literacy, AI literacy, analytics, governance
• Develop competency-based learning experiences aligned with defined learning objectives and audience
• Apply adult learning principles and andragogical best practices when designing instructional content
• Create training products across multiple delivery formats, including interactive e-learning
• Develop multimedia and interactive content that makes technical concepts accessible to diverse
• Create assessments and other instruments to measure learner understanding and competency

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing training or instructional content for adult professional audiences
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or equivalent)
• Understanding of adult learning principles
• Experience developing competency-based learning
• Experience creating instructional materials across multiple formats
• Experience developing user guides, job aids, quick-reference materials
