Associate - Transaction Services

📋 Description

• Use GAAP knowledge to assist clients on financial, operational, and tax issues in M&A.
• Conduct and review research and analysis of financial and accounting issues.
• Prepare quality earnings and net working capital analyses for buy/sell deals.
• Participate in executive management interviews with target companies.
• Draft sections of reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage workstreams and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA/CA/MBA Finance or Bachelor’s in Accounting.
• 1-2 years of transaction experience, including EBITDA, net working capital, and cash flows.
• Advanced Excel skills (SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH).
