📋 Description

• Manage and maintain the SAP Concur Travel & Expense platform, including audit rule
• Review and audit employee expense reports in SAP Concur to verify compliance with travel policies
• Manage the corporate card programme, including card issuance, ordering, deactivation, and
• Monitor Concur workflows, including unassigned and unapproved transactions, and coordinate
• Create, update, and maintain supplier records in SAP, ensuring accuracy and integrity of vendor
• Review and validate supplier documentation, including tax forms, banking details, and other

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Ideally 5–8 years of relevant experience in Travel & Expense management, Accounts Payable
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP Concur Expense administration, expense auditing
• Practical experience with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA, particularly vendor master data creation
• Strong understanding of travel and expense policies, reimbursement procedures, corporate card
• Experience validating supplier documentation, maintaining accurate vendor records, reviewing
