Associate – Trust & Safety

📋 Description

• Review user-generated content to identify risks and ensure conversations follow safety standards.
• Moderate audio, chat, and user interactions per guidelines and policies.
• Investigate and take action on harmful or policy-violating content.
• Escalate high-risk cases to internal teams for review and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation decisions and quality audits.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Quality, and Trust & Safety teams to improve workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or related roles.
• Understanding of online safety principles and moderation practices.
• Fluency in Telugu and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Excel, CRM tools, moderation platforms, or ticketing systems.
