Associate TSE II

📋 Description

• Solve complex MongoDB problems for customers in a hybrid Mexico City role.
• Advise customers on architecture, performance, recovery, security, and related topics.
• Act as an expert resource on best practices for running MongoDB at scale.
• Interface with product management/development to advocate for customer needs.
• Contribute to internal projects, including tools for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Expertise in MongoDB ecosystem (server, drivers, Atlas, Cloud Manager).
• Experience in Systems administration, Distributed systems, Network Administration, or Database/Data
• Experience with one or more programming languages: Java, Python, Ruby, C, C++, C#
• Operations background with large-scale production environments is a plus (Linux/Windows, networks
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and quick learning ability.
