Associate UX Designer

📋 Description

• Assist project teams in designing new web-based software through the entire product development
• Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitive
• Help analyze research data and translate it into actionable design insights. Understand and use
• Assist in presenting design concepts and solutions to various teams and stakeholders, incorporating
• Work closely with seasoned UX designers, product managers, developers, and other team members to
• Refine design solutions based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and design reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of related industry experience.
• A portfolio showcasing strong visual design skill and an understanding of user centered design
• Experience with using a variety of user research, prototyping and visual design tools (e.g. Figma
• Good understanding of how to design solutions for end-to-end scenarios.
• Ability to know when and how to use various tools in your toolbox and persuade others about your
• Strong communication and problem-solving skill.
