• Perform routine spay/neuter and Stage 1-2 dental procedures independently
• Explain diagnoses, treatment options, and estimates in clear, compassionate language
• Communicate effectively with care team for coordinated, consistent care
• Build strong relationships with mentor, practice team, and DVM network

🎯 Requirements

• DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school (recent or upcoming graduates)
• Eligibility for veterinary licensure in the state where you'll practice
