Associate Vice President, Investments (Real Estate Equity Focus)

📋 Description

• Lead investment execution for real estate equity deals.
• Conduct macro/microeconomic research and financial analysis.
• Oversee due diligence and asset management through the investment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with deal teams across geographies (LA, Oakland, Chicago, NYC, DC).
• Represent CIM Group in internal and external meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in an investment firm/private equity/investment bank
• Real estate investment/project experience (investing, M&A)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Demonstrated financial modeling experience
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretive skills; detail-oriented
• Leadership/mentorship and cross-geography collaboration
