🎯 Requirements

1+ years of graphic design experience, marketing/B2B preferred.
Portfolio with professional work beyond school.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint.
Experience with After Effects and motion design.
Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography.
Ability to apply current design trends to marketing work.
Clear communication and openness to feedback.
