📋 Description

• Collaborate with visual designers, copywriters, project managers, and stakeholders to bring
• Create thoughtful, engaging designs tailored to the needs of different marketing channels and asset
• Apply Mindbody's brand guidelines consistently across campaigns and communications
• Manage multiple projects while delivering accurate, high-quality work on time and aligned with each
• Use core design principles to establish clear hierarchy, effective layouts, and cohesive visual
• Communicate ideas clearly and incorporate feedback to strengthen the final work

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of graphic design experience, including exposure to marketing, with B2B experience
• A portfolio featuring professional work beyond academic projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and foundational motion design
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, visual hierarchy, screen layout, color theory
• Ability to apply current design trends and best practices to compelling marketing work
