📋 Description

  • Support day-to-day onsite office operations Monday–Friday in Gurugram.
  • Manage local vendors, service requests, and on-site visits.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and relationships with building management and vendors.
  • Coordinate logistics for onsite meetings and events.
  • Assist with office moves, repairs, and space planning.
  • Track facility invoices, service records, and vendor performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, property management is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; collaboration with teams and partners.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365; Office Suite proficiency.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or another ticketing system.
  • Experience using a badging or access control system.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and facilities tasks.
