• Hybrid, Toronto-based client experience role.
• Support Wealthsimple clients with investing and trading concepts.
• Resolve complex client journeys including transfers and back-office tasks.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to improve tools.
• Role starts around July 6, 2026; 4-month initial contract.
• Explain financial concepts clearly to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years in fast-paced, high-volume customer service.
• Bilingual French and English, written and spoken.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with Slack and multitasking across tabs.
• Growth mindset; comfortable with rotating shifts.
• Residence in Toronto GTA and legal right to work in Canada.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus.
