🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Tech, CS, or related field.
• 8–12 years IT exp with 4+ yrs in digital transformation/manufacturing tech.
• Proven track record leading digital transformations in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, automation.
• Experience with MES, IIoT, digital twins, predictive maintenance, shop floor analytics.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, RPA, computer vision, analytics, BI platforms.
