Assurance Manager- Construction & Real Estate

📋 Description

• Lead assurance engagements for regional construction contractors and real estate entities
• Define engagement strategies and develop audit and review plans, ensuring that objectives, budgets
• Oversee technical engagement areas, including job costing, long-term contract accounting, and
• Review staff workpapers and ensure the quality and accuracy of engagement documentation and
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and communicate findings, recommendations, and financial
• Prepare and issue review reports and financial statements in accordance with applicable AICPA

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of public accounting experience performing and/or managing assurance engagements.
• Hands-on experience managing assurance engagements for for-profit clients.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and AICPA standards for
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage engagement priorities, and deliver high-quality
