📋 Description

• Participate actively in service-related projects and assignments within the dealership service
• Work full-time at the dealership while completing the John Deere Ag Tech Virtual Program online
• Shadow experienced service personnel to gain practical knowledge and develop hands-on technician
• Perform basic diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural and turf equipment and
• Participate in required Service EDUCATE training programs to build technical knowledge and
• Maintain current knowledge of John Deere equipment, technologies, and competitive products.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Meet the admission requirements for Arkansas State University–Beebe and pursue an Associate of
• Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA while enrolled in the program.
• Demonstrate the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance using specialized tools and
• Possess foundational knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in
