📋 Description

• Administer, configure, maintain, and enhance Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
• Design and implement complex workflows, automation rules, issue types, schemes, permissions, and
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, filters, and metrics to support business and technology
• Manage system upgrades, integrations, and application lifecycle activities across the Atlassian
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to implement Agile and DevOps best practices within
• Support enterprise roadmap planning and governance through effective tool configuration and

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience administering and engineering Atlassian platforms, including Jira and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, permissions, schemes, screen configurations, and automation
• Experience with Jira Service Management and Agile project structures.
• Understanding of Atlassian integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, and Marketplace applications.
• Experience delivering platform enhancements within large enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
