📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery with customers to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into Atlassian solution architectures and approaches.
• Produce high-quality estimates for implementation work including fixed-price engagements.
• Support sales via workshops, demos, proof of concepts, RFP responses and SOWs.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure successful solution handover.
• Provide technical leadership across Jira, JSM, Confluence and Atlassian platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience designing and delivering Atlassian solutions in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Atlassian ecosystem.
• Experience conducting customer discovery and translating requirements into solutions.
• Experience estimating professional services engagements with defined scope.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder credibility.
• Ability to operate independently across multiple opportunities.
