🎯 Requirements

• University degree preferred.
• German language preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience supporting audience growth, content distribution, or lifecycle engagement.
• Familiarity with analytics, marketing automation, or audience measurement platforms.
• Exposure to testing, experimentation, or optimization methodologies.
• Experience contributing to global or multi market audience programs.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication for cross functional collaboration.
