📋 Description

• Prepare estimates and tender submissions based on specs and client needs.
• Create Bills of Materials (BoMs), source pricing, and estimate labour.
• Assist with system design, equipment selection, and quotes.
• Prepare quotes for tenders, D&C projects, and ad hoc requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design and Delivery to gather requirements.
• Follow tender processes, manage RFIs and documentation updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AV systems, products and design.
• Interpret drawings, schematics and specs.
• Attention to detail with numbers and documentation.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
