The AV Operations Specialist provides tech services for meetings and events: networking, desktop
Partners with customers and AV team to deliver excellent meeting experiences.
Works with property and event teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Reports to General Manager and Technology Manager.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years’ experience supporting AV and IT equipment
High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s preferred
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of analog/digital audio mixers, wireless mics, projectors
Basic Crestron and central control systems knowledge
Basic data networking concepts; Macs/PCs/LANs servers
