Authoring Executive - Market Research (Survey experience is preferred)

📋 Description

• Configure and author survey links based on questionnaire and project requirements.
• Create and maintain work orders and survey documentation, ensuring specifications are accurately
• Review feasibility and questionnaire templates with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and validation of surveys before deployment.
• Create, prepare, and upload preloading files.
• Support issue identification and troubleshooting with technical teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Operations
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in survey operations, project coordination
• Upper-intermediate English skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
