Authoring Executive - Market Research (Survey experience is preferred)

📋 Description

• Configure and author survey links based on questionnaire and project requirements
• Create and maintain work orders and survey documentation
• Review feasibility and questionnaire templates with internal stakeholders
• Conduct end-to-end testing and validation of surveys before deployment
• Create, prepare, and upload preloading, planning, and survey access files
• Support issue identification, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in survey operations, project coordination
• Upper-intermediate English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced and cross-functional environment
