• Lead Authorization and Insurance team; ensure timely approvals.
• Submit authorizations accurately; follow payor standards.
• Audit accuracy of Insurance Verification, Eligibility, and Authorizations.
• Coordinate with internal staff on front-end fails identified.
• Train new team members and provide coaching.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client records.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Relative Revenue Cycle Experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Customer Service and Phone Etiquette.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CareConnect.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to organize and meet deadlines.
