Authorization Coordinator

📋 Description

• Perform accurate, high-volume data entry by creating and updating client profiles, entering
• Manage external authorization portals, review authorization information, submit required updates
• Monitor outstanding authorizations, follow up with service coordinators, identify discrepancies
• Communicate authorization updates to internal departments, including Staffing and Intake, to ensure
• Respond to inquiries from service coordinators, clients, and families regarding authorization
• Maintain accurate authorization records, document communication and follow-up activities, complete

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability
• Strong keyboarding and data-entry skills, with the ability to enter, update, verify, and maintain
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to respond professionally to
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
