Auto Claims Adjuster

📋 Description

• Manage multi-state auto claims: collision, comprehensive, PD, Medpay.
• Investigate claims from report to resolution; assess damage, coverage, liability.
• Review estimates; negotiate repair or total-loss settlements with appraisers/shops.
• Analyze exposure; set reserves; drive negotiation on complex files.
• Draft coverage letters; resolve disputed liability across states including Florida.
• Maintain active adjuster licensing and CE credits across required states.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years auto claims adjusting experience.
• Florida auto claims experience; Florida insurance code and PIP; other states a plus.
• Investigate and resolve disputed liability claims; coverage analysis.
• Familiarity with Excel, Snapsheet, and Slack.
• Active adjuster license in good standing; willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience mentoring junior adjusters via file reviews and coaching.
