Auto Claims Specialist

📋 Description

• Make high-volume outbound calls to patients, insurance representatives, and attorneys to
• Research auto accidents and determine the appropriate insurance payer for medical claims
• Submit medical bills and supporting documentation to insurance companies accurately and efficiently
• Follow up on unpaid or incorrectly paid claims, identify resolution steps, and resubmit claims when
• Work to maximize claim payments and support revenue recovery for healthcare providers
• Prepare and contribute to denial reports, audits, and other team-support activities

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong technical proficiency and comfort working across multiple computer screens and software
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with defined productivity
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with close attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
