Handle inbound/outbound calls to educate on account status
Assist with payment arrangements and problem solving
Maintain relationships with Loan Servicing team
Meet or exceed production goals

🎯 Requirements

Must be 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent
Valid government ID, TRN and NIS
Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
Onsite work ability and high-volume call experience a plus
Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills
CRM and basic MS Office familiarity; tech savvy
