Design, implement, and maintain control systems, data acquisition, and SCADA for ATP plants
Design and program Siemens PLCs for reactors, fluid handling, and thermal management
Develop real-time control software for startup and safe shutdown
Implement safety PLCs, fail-safe I/O, ProfiSafe per ISO 13849/IEC 61508
Design industrial control panels for 480 VAC / 24 VDC systems
Integrate sensors for pressure, temperature, flow, and other process variables

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related field
5+ years in industrial controls, automation, or process systems
High proficiency with Siemens TIA Portal and Ignition SCADA
Experience with safety-rated motion control and machine safeguarding
Experience with revision control tools (GitHub, Siemens Project Server, or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience owning a controls system end-to-end from architecture through commissioning
