📋 Description

• Build and maintain AI agents using LLM APIs to automate content creation and publishing.
• Own and optimize the learning stack with Skilljar and Sanity CMS for reliable publishing.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks by building automation where none exists.
• Collaborate with Product, User Operations, and GTM on system improvements and AI innovations.
• Explore interactive learning components per instructional design guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in automation engineering with API integration experience.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or similar.
• Hands-on AI agents and LLM workflows with OpenAI/Anthropic Claude; prompt engineering.
• Proven track record supporting end-to-end production systems, including LMS/CMS.
• Operate autonomously translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication; collaborate with non-technical teammates and explain tradeoffs.
• Comfort in documentation-heavy, content-ops environments.
