Design, develop, test, and maintain automated workflows and system integrations.
Build automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Configure and integrate PIA.ai with ConnectWise, Kaseya, and PSA/RMM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and automation.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in Automation/Systems/IT Admin roles.
MSP/IT services environment experience.
Strong PSA/RMM platforms knowledge.
REST and SOAP APIs with webhooks experience.
Advanced PowerShell scripting; Python preferred.
Experience with platform integrations (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Autotask).
