Strong, hand-written Python or JavaScript skills; read, debug, write from scratch.
Experience designing and deploying workflows with low-code tools like Zapier or n8n.
Experience connecting systems via REST APIs and integrating AI models.
Comfortable communicating with non-technical colleagues and mapping problems to workflows.
