Automation & Equipment Engineer II

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement advanced automated systems for manufacturing initiatives across NA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, CI, Maintenance, IT, Quality) on
• Design advanced control systems and automation solutions aligned with standardization and project
• Create project specifications including cost savings, capex, RFQ, timeline, and resource
• Manage and supervise third parties/integrators, conduct FAT and SAT validations.
• Train plant personnel on automation technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment as a controls engineer.
• At least 1+ years of leadership and automation project management experience (Desired).
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead meetings effectively and influence teams.

🎁 Benefits
