Automation & Performance Engineer

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve automated functional and adversarial test suites
• Design and execute performance and load-testing strategies to measure latency, throughput
• Develop load tests for high-traffic application paths, identifying potential bottlenecks before
• Build robust test harnesses and data generators that comply with platform-specific identity
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to create fast, repeatable, and meaningful
• Analyze performance results and identify system constraints, bottlenecks, regressions, and

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience in test automation, with solid Python skills; JavaScript or
• Hands-on experience designing and executing performance and load tests using tools such as k6
• Strong understanding of performance-testing methodology, including the analysis of latency
• Experience with CI/CD environments, particularly GitHub Actions or equivalent platforms, and
• Ability to reason effectively about services operating directly within request paths, where latency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a disciplined approach to test design
