📋 Description

• Lead automation and controls scope for new equipment, lines.
• Design, program, deploy PLCs, HMIs, robotics, vision, VFDs.
• Define project scope, budgets, timelines, resource plans.
• Manage multiple automation projects to hit cost, schedule, performance targets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT, Quality, Maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation or related field.
• 3+ years as Controls/Automation Engineer in manufacturing.
• PLC programming with Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, Omron, Siemens.
• Industrial networks: Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, IO-Link.
• Robotics, vision systems, VFDs, servo motion control.
• Travel up to 35-40% across US, Mexico; valid passport.
