Automation Projects Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead automation and controls scope for new equipment, lines.
• Design, program, and deploy PLCs, HMIs, robotics, vision, VFDs, networks.
• Define project scope, specs, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Manage multiple automation projects with cost, schedule, performance targets.
• Drive RFQs, vendor selections, design reviews, FATs, SATs, installation, startup.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, IT, Quality, and Maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation Engineering, or related.
• 3+ years as Controls/Automation Engineer in manufacturing.
• PLC programming: Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff, Omron, Siemens.
• Industrial networks: Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, IO-Link.
• Robotics, vision systems, VFDs, servo motion control.
• Travel up to 35-40% and valid passport.
