Automation Team Analyst

📋 Description

• Identify automation opportunities across COEs and program ops.
• Develop reusable AI prompts, templates, and guidance.
• Analyze workflows and draft current/future-state docs.
• Support release governance automation and readiness reviews.
• Perform RCA/incident workflow analysis to automate reporting.
• Draft automation requirements and contribute prompts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, IT, Healthcare Admin, or related.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible for Public Trust.
• 5+ years in an SDLC role (dev, tester, BA, PM, or similar).
• 1+ year developing and iterating on AI agents.
• 1+ year using AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude, Codex, etc.).
• Strong Agile, requirements management, and stakeholder facilitation.
