Automation Testing – Selenium Java and API

📋 Description

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Karate DSL, or similar tools
• Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) using Karate, Postman, or RestAssured
• Collaborate with BAs, Devs, QA to understand requirements and design test cases
• Write clear test cases and bug reports
• Engage in functional, regression, and integration testing
• Adhere to STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in test automation (Selenium, Karate DSL, or similar tools)
• Strong Java/Python (or other OOP languages) for scripting
• Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) using Karate, Postman, or RestAssured
• Familiarity with TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools
• Hands-on with Bitbucket/Git for version control
• Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Karate) is a plus
