🎯 Requirements

3–5+ years in systems administration, business systems engineering, or CX platform work.
Proven automation/integration shipping to production with measurable value.
Hands-on Zendesk admin-level experience.
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration tools (Workato, Zapier).
Fast-paced, multi-hat environment experience.
Optional: experience with ClickUp, Maven/chatbots, GTM systems, or support SaaS.
