📋 Description

• Design and maintain automation across Notion, Smartsheet, AppSheet, and Google Workspace.
• Develop low-code workflows using AppSheet logic, connectors, and integrations.
• Create and refine SOPs documenting processes and technical instructions.
• Manage data flows across CRM, project management, inventory, and reporting.
• Integrate marketing and operational platforms by linking websites, CRMs, and tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and boost efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms such as AppSheet, Zapier, Make (Integromat) or similar.
• Strong understanding of systems design, data management, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
• Experience with productivity tools like Notion, Smartsheet, Xero, Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to technical details.
• Ability to translate complex processes into efficient automated solutions; strong documentation.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
